Stress and anxiety take an enormous
toll on your life, your physical and emotional
well-being. Although certain levels can be useful as a
motivator or stimulus to move forward, too much stress
is not at all useful.
The stresses in your life will always
be there, whether it's work, relationships, family, the
nitty-gritty and daily grind of life, and so on...what
you can change is how you respond to them. You can
choose how you will respond. You can worry and stew and
"stress out" over things, in an endless loop of
nonproductive and negative thoughts, or you can choose
to change your thoughts. When you change your thoughts,
you change your life.
While experiencing the fun and
comfort of NLP and hypnosis, you will learn how to
release stress and anxiety daily--without thinking.
UN-conscious change happens. Your mind and body work
together, to help you make healthy and positive changes
in your life. You will learn how to let anxieties
flow off you like "water off a duck's back" and
learn to focus on the positive aspects of your life.
Automatically. Life is a wonderful and positive
adventure, not a chore, not something to be endured.
You knew that once upon a time. You can know it again.
With hypnosis, as you engulf yourself
in physical relaxation, mental relaxation and calm
follows. It's impossible to be upset and anxious while
in a state of relaxation. Hypnotherapy and trance and
the change-work effected therein to reduce stress results
in physical rejuvenation, peaceful and optimistic
feelings, and clarity of thought and focus.

Connie!
I don't
know if you remember me, but we worked together last
September before I went off to attend college. I came to
you with extreme Anxiety and now I am pleased to say
that I have not had ONE single Anxiety Attack since
September 2010, that's 9 MONTHS! I want to say thank you
sooo much. I have been able to live my life back the way
it was Normal and Anxiety free-- On no drugs!!
Thank you so much."

“After four sessions
of hypnosis, I have all that I asked for. I came to
Connie with depression and a lack of energy. No more.
Now, instead, I have a passion for life, I’m full of
energy, happiness, confidence, and a sense of humor. I’m
back to my athletics. The world is full of pink. I’ve
also found what it is I want to do with my life!
I recommend Connie and Mindworks to anyone
who has any difficulties in life. I share her
information with people I love who I know could benefit
from hypnosis. I am amazed how all my wishes really have
come true. ”
-- T. V., Redmond, WA.
"When I came to see you I was struggling with alcohol
and an unhealthy lifestyle. I am so happy to say
that after only two sessions, that's totally changed.
I've adopted many different behaviors that are healthy,
including exercise, eating right, and most importantly,
NOT DRINKING. Thanks again! Our hypnosis
sessions have really changed my life!"
--Anonymous, Woodinville, WA.

I'm bringing you my son, and my wife to work with, too.
I wish I had known about this earlier in my life!"

"Success! Several people asked me last week -- if
I had been getting extra sleep or had been on a vacation
because I looked GREAT. Felt like a new person."
-- Anonymous, Seattle, WA

means to me...You really have made me feel better. I
hope you have a wonderful day today--smile knowing you
made me smile."

"...thanks for your patience that allows me to relax so
fully into hypnosis. I’ve had hypnosis before, but have
never felt so comfortable letting go and that’s a big
deal for me! I felt so much better
when I left your office this week! I hadn’t thought
anything could change that day! But I felt happier and
more empowered.
--Claudia, Bellevue, WA.
"Hi Connie, Thanks for the session; I'm happy with the
results. My son has been keeping an eye on me and says I
have not been making the faces I used to. My
shoulders are almost always relaxed and I have almost no
neck and shoulder pain anymore. Thanks again."
--Ross J, Lynnwood,
WA
“I’m
smiling all the time. People think that I am in
love! But I am not! Absolutely not in love,
I just feel great. I believe that it’s
the hypnosis!!”
-- Saliha B., Issaquah, WA.

- Mona relaxing.
Hello, Hypnosis Friends!
Mona looks relaxed, does she not? Kickin’ back!
Relaxation. Calm. Enjoyment. This is a good thing.
It’s good for the body to take a break from stress.
Hypnosis is the ultimate relaxation maker.
Stress is a killer, we all know that. High blood
pressure, ulcers, twitching, sleep issues, it can
manifest in a number of ways. Stress also leads to
unwanted habits…like overeating, like smoking. Some
degree of stress is essential, helps you move
through the world and be productive. Too much
stress, immobilizing. Forgetaboutit.
And you can. Hypnosis and NLP are amazing tools
for stress-busting. What would it be like if you had
an “anchor” for calm? An instant trigger? If you
could, by thinking a thought, or creating an image
in your mind, or touching a place on your
hand–notice an immediate and deep calm enter your
body? What if you could easily overwhelm and
transform stress out of your body? Would that be of
interest to you?
Stress and calm/relaxed don’t live together.
They’re mutually exclusive. Your body and mind can’t
do both at the same time. When there is a choice
available, they choose calm. Add a new choice!
I successfully create these relaxation triggers
for people every day. What would it be like to take
control of your emotions and feel calm and relaxed
anytime you want to? Work would be a lot easier,
wouldn’t it? Dealing with that boss-from-hell and
that annoying coworker would be easier, wouldn’t it?
Seattle traffic would be a lot easier to bear,
wouldn’t it? Relationships would improve, wouldn’t
they? When family members try to push your buttons,
you push your own. Ahhhhhhhh! Calm flows. Stress
related habits would vanish, wouldn’t they?
Learn more. I’d love to help you with this!
